- The conversation (60 minutes)A structured walk-through of your current situation, regulatory obligations and a realistic timeframe. Specific questions, specific answers.
- Written assessmentWithin three working days you receive one A4 page with a situation analysis, a recommendation in priority order, a timeframe and an investment range, plus a concrete next step.

What does the initial consultation cost?
Nothing. The 60 minutes plus the written assessment are free of charge. There are no hidden follow-up costs and no automatic sales contact.
Will I be pushed into an engagement after the conversation?
No. If an engagement makes sense, we propose a concrete next step. If it does not, we say so as well. Consulting that tells the client what they want to hear is not consulting.
Which formats are possible?

What is the written assessment good for?
A compact basis for internal decisions. You can pass it on to management, the board or your team without anyone having to recount the conversation.
