Schübeler Consulting is typically available for initial consultations within two working days. Which route fits you depends on how concrete your question already is and how quickly you need an assessment.
Three ways to get in touch
1. Book an appointment online directly. If you already know that you want an initial consultation, we save ourselves the e-mail loop. In the booking tool you choose a 60-minute slot at a time that suits you. The conversation takes place via Microsoft Teams or phone, depending on your preference.
2. An e-mail with a short outline of your question. If you are not sure whether your concern is a good fit, write two or three sentences about the situation and the question. You typically receive a reply within one working day with an assessment of whether an initial consultation makes sense and which questions should be clarified in advance.
3. By phone. If you want to briefly discuss the situation before scheduling an initial consultation, a 10-minute call is a good start. During business hours you can often reach me directly, otherwise a callback on the same working day.

What happens in the initial consultation
An initial consultation lasts 60 to 90 minutes and is free of charge. It clarifies three points:
- Situation: What do you have in the company today, what works, what does not? Which responsibilities are assigned, which are not?
- Obligations: Which regulatory or contractual requirements are coming your way? (Machinery Regulation 2027, industry-specific standards, compliance topics)
- Timeframe: What is realistic in the next 6, 12, 24 months? What has priority, what can wait?
At the end you receive a written assessment of one page. With it you can decide internally how to proceed, with or without Schübeler Consulting. There are no hidden follow-up costs and no sales pressure.

Monday to Friday from 5 pm to 9 pm.
Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.
Schübeler Consulting works as a deliberate decision on a part-time basis. This has a practical advantage: the consulting you get here is based on current practice as a manager in an international technology company — not on knowledge that was up to date five years ago. Appointments outside business hours are possible by arrangement.
